Last updated October 26, 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Beach Villas Rental Owners Corporation (Owners Group), a Hawaii nonprofit corporation (in formation), and its marketing company, BVROC Marketing Group, Inc. (in formation). Questions about your information: Info@BVKOGroup.com or (808) 225-3660.
What we collect, and why
- Request for information. Your name, email, phone, villa number(s) and message. They go to the Membership Committee, only to answer you and send the information sheet and agreement you asked for.
- Membership application. What you enter on the application, including your initials, signature and title. It is kept as part of your membership file.
- Chat with us. Your name and message are shown publicly. Your phone and email are kept for the managers so they can reply to you, and are never shown.
- Member sign-in. Your name, email and the areas you may use. Your password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form; no one, including us, can read it. Members may also save villa details such as calendar links and pricing, used to present their villas.
Payments
This site never sees or stores card or bank numbers. Payments are made on the payment processor's secure page, under that processor's own privacy policy. We never ask for card numbers by email, phone or form.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in and protects the forms. No advertising cookies, and no Google Analytics, on this site.
Your connection address
We do not store your IP address. A one-way scrambled code made from it is kept for a short time to slow repeated sign-in or posting attempts.
Where it is kept
In protected files on our web hosting that are never served to the web. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except as described here.
Other services this site uses
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
- Villa availability is read from each villa's public booking calendar.
- Links to booking sites and to BeachVillasAtKapolei.com open pages under those sites' own privacy policies.
