Authorized rental agents

Request the rental agent membership package

For rental agents approved by the Association to market villas at Beach Villas. The rental agent membership starts as a trial through December 31, 2026 HST and may be continued. It carries no fee and no proxy. All it needs is your current Association approval letter and the list of villas you are authorized to market. Your agent page links to the villas whose owners ask you to manage their calendar and pricing.

Tell us who you are and the package opens at once (and comes to your email): the request form, ready for DocuSign, and the Rental Agent Cooperation Agreement, including the current standards and services member villas provide.
